DTF tinta epson Ink Usage Precautions
1. Shake white ink thoroughly: Shake white ink well before use (it settles quickly); activate white ink circulation on professional machines.
2. Environmental control: Maintain working environment temperature at 18–28°C and humidity at 40%–60%; prevent dust from clogging the nozzle.
3. Do not mix inks: Do not mix inks from different brands; thoroughly clean the nozzle when changing inks.
4. Nozzle maintenance: Print a test strip before daily printing; clean the nozzle once a week if not used for a long time.
Heat Transfer Ink Storage and Maintenance
1.Storage Temperature: 5-30℃, avoid freezing or overheating
2.Keep away from light: to prevent ink deterioration
3.Regular stirring: shake well before use to prevent sedimentation
4.Shelf Life: Use within 2-3 months after opening, 12 months unopened
