Core Composition of Solvent Inkjet Ink
1. Solvent (80–90%): Low/mid-high boiling point organic solvents, adjut viscosity, promote drying, and penetrate materials.
2. Pigment (2–6%): Provides color, lightfast and weather-resistant, stable for outdoor use.
3. Resin+Additives (5–10%): Film formation, adhesion, anti-settling, and prevents nozzle clogging.
Working Principle of Solvent Inkjet Ink
After printing onto non-absorbent materials (PVC, vehicle wraps, glass, metal), the solvent evaporates quickly, and the resin encapsulates the pigment to firmly embed it into the material's surface, forming a waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-resistant image.

Storage and Transportation Instructions
1.Avoid Light, Storage Temperature 0-35℃; After the aluminum film is opened, dust cannot enter the ink.
2.The goods are identified as Non-dangerous goods in accordance with IMO, RID/ADR,IMDG,ICAO,IATA.
3.Products are not dangerous goods, MSDS is available.
